Our Founder

Felicia Robinson, PT, DPT, SHSS

Founder and CEO of HopKare

Felicia Robinson is a board-certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) with over 30 years of experience serving older adults. Originally trained as a physical therapist by the United States Army, Felicia recently retired from the Army Reserves after 37 years of distinguished service. She earned her physical therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.

Felicia is also a certified Home Safety Specialist with Age Safe® America and an educator of the Dementia Dialoguesprogram, helping families and communities better understand and support those living with dementia.

As the founder of Hopkare, Felicia leads a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing home safety assessments and advocating for older adults who wish to age in place with dignity. Through practical tools, resources, and personalized support, Hopkare helps families anticipate the evolving needs of their loved ones to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Felicia’s passion is to serve older adults with reverence—ensuring they feel valued, purposeful, and loved throughout the aging journey.
